TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Epsom | £18,000pa + Uncapped Commission | Permanent

The role is to generate new business, maintain a defined customer base and account manage existing business and any new business as won.

 

The Role:
 

  • Effectively manage end to end, all incoming phone or web lead enquiries and convert into orders.

  • B2B cold calling to sell products and services.

  • Achieving sales targets.

  • Closing your own deals.

  • General account management.

  • General admin.

  • Sourcing and identifying new clients.

 

Requirements:
 

  • Experience of product sales, B2B sales, direct sales or telesales is desirable.

  • Experience in cold calling.

  • Able to work to deadlines.

  • Competent in using a CRM platform.

  • Able to work to a range of KPI’s.

  • Confident in relationship building.

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills.

  • Team player.

  • Self-motivated, target driven.
