SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Epsom | £21,000pa| Permanent

Our client is looking for a candidate to assist the sales team, being involved with all aspects of the sales admin, processes and tasks. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and be passionate about accuracy and getting it right first time.
 

The Role:
 

  • Compiling monthly sales reports.

  • Ad hoc reports as required.

  • Using the company in-house database to raise Purchase Orders.

  • Emailing customers.

  • General administrative tasks.

 

Requirements:
 

  • Confident user of Excel and other Microsoft packages.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Ability to draft own documents e.g. emails, letters and spreadsheets.

  • Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.

  • At least 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C (minimum grade C in Math’s and English).

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts varying between 7.30am and 6.30pm.
