SALES EXECUTIVE
Epsom | £25,000pa (£50,000pa OTE) | Permanent
Our client are looking for an experienced Sales Exec to grow the company through new customer acquisition and first stage account development.
The Role of Sales Executive:

Through a professional and proactive approach, develop a customer base.

Arrange appointments to present services to appropriate contacts.

Establish and build strong business relationships with relevant personnel.

Identify needs, prepare, submit and actively follow up all proposals with objective of closing on all submissions.

Respond to and handle customers’ telephone queries
-
Submission of estimates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
-
Processing of orders.
-
Account handling; cross-selling; up-selling.
-
Continuous updating of CRM.

Identifying ways of growing the business from existing and new accounts.
-
Assist run exhibitions when required including manning of stands.

Assistance with the production of marketing campaigns where appropriate.

Attend networking events.
Requirements for Sales Executive:

At least 2 years’ demonstratable experience in a Sales Executive role essential
-
Experience in the promotions industry.
-
Graduate level or equivalent.
-
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, outgoing, team player.
-
Ambitious to succeed in sales.
-
Good, clear oral and written communication skills.
-
New business development initiative.
-
Results oriented.
-
Proficient in use of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook and Excel specifically)
Benefits:

Bonus scheme and an open-ended commission scheme are in place resulting in 1st year OTE of c.£36,000 (Level 2) rising to c.£50,000 after about 3 years.
