PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

The Product Development Executive is required to provide support in various teams where necessary in order to support the development of the company’s products / services portfolio and roadmap.

 

The Role:

  • Provide electronics-based products and associated service support to customer facing teams by troubleshooting issues and working directly with vendors to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve identified problems.

  • Coordinate and support department projects and the effort of projects’ team members in order to deliver large projects to agreed timescales.

  • The candidate will be involved in supporting the daily upkeep of the product departments tasks and scheduled/planned work.

  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and become the go to initial point of contact for product related issues and queries.

  • Manage the accuracy and distribution of product and service related information, including documentation of correct product specifications on marketing material, prepare and deliver product training.

 

Requirements:​

  • Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as Electronics and Electrical engineering.

  • 2+ years hands on experience of managing electronics-based products from concept, development and launch.

  • Proven product and service support experience handling product related issues and queries.

  • Exposure to electronics hardware and software project management of product releases.

  • Ability to communicate the technology requirements with the senior product engineers and developers.

  • Clear, effective communication skills with non-technical departments.

The hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
