Our client in Tadworth are looking for a Part Time Office Administrator, responsible for providing administrative support across all departments of the business.


The start date for this role is April 4th.


The Role:

  • Reception duties.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail.

  • General admin, including: Booking travel and accommodation for management, managing day to day office requirements, managing purchase of stationary and refreshments, coordinating meeting room bookings, supporting marketing team and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.



  • GCSE or equivalent.

  • Experience in a similar role essential.

  • Good working knowledge of MS packages.

  • Excellent communication skills.



This role is 16 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am-1pm.
