The role is to generate new business leads and increase sales revenue for the company.

The Role:

  • Proactively seeks new business leads and increase sales revenue for the company.

  • Head office based 5 days a week, using technology to conduct virtual face to face meetings.

  • Out of office face to face meetings completed when required.

  • Work sales leads & prospect leads provided.

  • Own & manage all new sales for a period of 12 months & then perform a professional hand over to the customer success channel.

  • Prospect for new clients.

  • Cold call as appropriate within your market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.

  • Research and build relationships with new clients.

  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.

  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.

  • Deliver a good conversion rate on sales leads given to you.

  • Attend trade shows & manage the stands & generate leads.

  • Forecast & deliver on KPI’s on a weekly basis.



  • Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable

  • Able to work to deadlines.

  • Able to flex communication style depending on audience.

  • Confident in relationship building.

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills.

  • Team player.

  • Self-motivated, target driven.

  • Proactive, positive and organised.
