This is a role ideal for someone with mortgage administration experience, who has excellent analytical and excel skills with the ability to manipulate data.

The Role:

  • Undertake all aspects of complex mortgage administration including Buy to Let mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Interest Only mortgage administration and other special external schemes.

  • Undertake all aspects of Commercial lending administration.

  • Undertake the administration of mortgage arrears operations.

  • Undertake administration of deceased customer accounts, Powers of Attorney and other third party authorities.

  • Undertake administration of all centrally managed reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc and other), including any relevant research, correction or communication that arises and any response management that may be required.

  • Prepare and issue standard or dictated letter responses to customers as appropriate.

  • Provide support to the Service Teams as required and approved by the Central Services Manager.

  • Assist with the training of departmental staff as required.

  • Liaise with external suppliers and maintain business relationships with third parties as required.

  • Undertake any other related tasks requested by the Central Services Manager or his/her Line Superiors.


  • Wide-ranging mortgage experience essential.

  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.

  • Able to make decisions. Clear communicator.

  • Ability to coach / train effectively.

  • Able to work independently when necessary.

  • Investigation skills.

  • Good Excel skills and experience. Ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week.
