Cassidy Jones Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a growing business in the Tadworth area, recruiting for an IT & Application Support Manager to join their team.

The main responsibility of this role is to provide day to day management of our client’s internal IT systems, including Office 365 administration, windows networking/devices & Atlassian tools Jira system.

The Role of IT & Application Support Manager:

  • Implementation of new security solutions, participation in the creation and or maintenance of policies, standards and procedures.

  • Manage the company’s IT systems internally and offer necessary support.

  • Managing their Window licensing.

  • In office IT support.

  • Support of the workflows, perform design, development and workflow creation, user permission, folder strategy, examination of office processes, document/records management, user training, and maintenance tasks as required to mature and grow the organisation using Jira.

  • Administration of their Cloud based monitoring application. Provide first line support.

  • Asset and user configuration.

  • Manage communications to clients regarding outages (planned and unplanned).

Requirements of IT & Application Support Manager

  • Someone who likes lots of variety and proactively takes the initiative to provide excellent support, going the extra mile when required.

  • Confident with communicating with people and taking responsibility for technical support.

  • General education including A Level passes or equivalent.

  • Supporting qualification desirable.

  • Experienced user of IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 Software suite.

  • Windows licensing (user, group model) 

  • Experience in a help desk or workflow package.

  • Experience of the following would be an advantage:  ISO27001 environment, Windows server active directory.
