Cassidy Jones Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading technology company in the Epsom area, recruiting for a HR Manager to join their team.

 

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting and advising all departments with their HR needs. The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring the company is compliant with up to date legislation, and proactively developing the HR agenda within the business.

 

The Role:
 

  • Line managing the HR coordinator.

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for all departments.

  • Organising and overseeing on boarding process for new starters including vetting process.

  • Managing staff personnel files including recording holiday and sickness information.

  • Supporting all departments on HR matters including employee disciplinaries, grievances, and official meetings.

  • Manage the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.

  • Further develop employee engagement within the company.

 

Requirements:
 

  • Min 5 years’ experience in a commercial HR role.

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.

  • Process Driven.

  • Ability to work on own initiative essential.

  • Strong IT Skills in MS Word, Excel.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.

  •  

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am- 5:30pm.
