Cassidy Jones Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with an award winning financial organisation, recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team in Epsom.


This is a permanent full-time role providing support for the HR function. Applicants will have excellent IT skills, be numerate and have a keen eye for detail.  As well as having excellent communication skills, they will also be organised and self-motivated. No previous experience required, our client is looking for a recent Graduate who wants to kick start a career in HR.



The Role:

  • Assist with the administration of staff recruitment, including recruitment advertising, selection, applicant testing and the administration relating to interviewing.   

  • Scheduling and delivery of new starter induction plans.

  • Monitoring the New Starter and Leaver process from start to finish.

  • Conducting pre-employment checks, including checking documentation and certificates, referencing and credit checks.

  • Assisting with the administration of employee attendance records and associated documentation.

  • Assist with the accurate maintenance of personnel data on HR database.

  • Assist with any administration relating to staff resignations and retirements.

  • Organise and monitor payment of HR invoices and update relevant records accordingly

  • To assist with the payroll process and employee benefit matters or projects as required.




  • Recent Graduate looking to start a career in HR.

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C (minimum C Grade in Maths and English)

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Intermediary Excel and Word skills.

  • Team player.

  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
