HR ADVISOR

Epsom | £26,000- £28,000pa + Bonus | Permanent

Cassidy Jones Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading technology company in the Epsom area, recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team.

 

Reporting to the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting and advising all departments with their HR needs. 

 

The Role:
 

  • To oversee and co-ordinate the day to day running of the end to end recruitment process for all departments including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessments and tests, career fairs and drafting offer letters and contracts of employment.

  • Organising and overseeing on boarding process for new starters.

  • Support and advise Managers on various HR policies and procedures including absence management, terms and condition processes, disciplinary, performance management and family friendly policies plus pay and other issues which effect employment with the Company.

  • Work closely with the HR Manager on employee relation cases seeking their support and advice when required.

  • To carry out project work as directed by HR Manager.

  • Work with the HR Manager to develop policies and procedures in line with legislation, terms and conditions and best practice.

  • Processing and updating manual and computerised employee related systems and administration, providing reports and analysis of information when required.

  • Assist HR Manager with monthly payroll deadlines.

  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as required from time to time for HR.

 

Requirements:
 

  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and HR systems i.e. Sage HR

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.

  • Min 1yrs experience in a HR supporting role.

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or equivalent i.e. NVQ4).

  • Aptitude for high volume data analysis using Excel and Sage HR.

  • Strong ability to work on own initiative essential.

  • A level of flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively whilst working on multiple projects.

  • Enthusiasm for continued self-learning and development

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am- 5:30pm.
