The government has advised that people may return to work with social distancing guidelines to be followed. Cassidy Jones Recruitment are continuing to exercise social distancing by conducting all initial interviews by video and telephone.
Candidates will be required to interview however the Employer has chosen to conduct this in their individual work places. This means that interviews may take place in person, with the following guidelines observed:
- Mask may need to be worn when entering building.
- Interview time will be shorter.
- Social Distancing observed throughout.
- Minimal people involed in interview process.
- Candidate must not have shown symptoms in past 14 days.
